Today I wanted to talk about the Natasha Denona Blush & Glow duo! I bought this little duo not too long ago during the Sephora VIB Sale because I was so excited to finally try something from Natasha Denona. This duo was only $19 which is pretty affordable for Natasha Denona especially during the VIB sale.
This duo “includes the iconic Natasha Denona All Over Glowin (Shade 1), as well as a golden-coral blush shade (in 01 Alba).” The highlighter comes with 1.5g of product and the blush comes with 2.5g of product.
This little duo is really small! I think it was a little smaller than I initially expected but not too small like you’re being ripped off. The compact is actually pretty cute! It has a metallic gold outside with the name of the compact on the front.
The inside does have a small mirror on the lid of the compact and then of course the highlighter and blush appear on the bottom. And it has a magnetic clasp which is so lovely! I really like the packaging – its really classy and beautiful. It feels expensive.
I have been OBSESSED with this champagne highlighter! I think it is my ALL TIME favorite. It is such a natural and glowy highlight. Natasha Denona / Sephora describes this highlighter as “A hydrating shimmer powder—infused with real crushed pearls—to bring the ultimate glowing, healthy-looking texture to the face and body.”
Everything about this highlighter is amazing. I love the way it lays on my skin and makes me have a natural healthy glow. But besides this being a beautiful highlight, it also claims to have some moisturizing benefits. It was Natasha Denona’s goal to create a powder that didn’t dry out the skin like other powder highlighters. It really is gorgeous.
This blush is also REALLY beautiful! It is a coral pink shade. This is from the “Duo Glow” line which is a “duo” of a highlighter and a blush. Natasha Denona describes is as “a hydrating, multipurpose highlighter that’s infused with real crushed duo chrome pearls to give the face an ultimate, supernatural glow.”
I really enjoy the color but it is very faint on my skin tone. It just adds a little bit of sheen and color but normally it is not enough blush for me (haha). I typically use this as a blush topper just to add a bit of sheen.
My Final Thoughts
Overall, I really do LOVE this little compact! If you are interested in trying out Natasha Denona but don’t want to commit to a $80 face palette, definitely pick this duo up! Honestly, I have never used up an entire highlighter or blush so I do think I will get my money’s worth even though this may be a little more than what you would pay for a larger palette (per gram). The highlighter alone is worth $19 to me! (It really is SO GORGEOUS, if I haven’t said it enough).
After I work through a couple of my other highlighters, I absolutely will purchase the full size of the highlighter because I love it so much. If you follow me on Instagram (@TaylersEdit) and see my Makeup of the Day posts then you would know that I literally use this compact every single day!
Let me know down below what you think of this duo! Do you have any of the Natasha Denona face powders? What do you think of them? I would LOVE to know!
