Hi Friends!

I can’t believe it been almost a month since I started this project! This year is just flying by. I started this little project, 7 by New Years with the intention of using up some products before the end of the year! I kind of missed my 18 in 2018 project but I didn’t want as big of a project so I just chose 7 products! I had different goals for each of these products but I will get into that when we talk about each one. I am happy to say that I hit goal already on a couple of items!

Benefit Cosmetics – Gold Rush Blush

Can you believe that I hit pan on this blush already!? I mean, it did take a solid 3 months or so but after I started this project, it only took about 10 more days to hit pan! This means that I have hit my goal on this item. Since I hit pan, I have someone retired this blush. It is still one of my favorites! I LOVE Benefit powder blushes but I am excited to dig in a couple of others in my collection.

The Gold Rush Blush is a perfect go to blush so it was easy using it everyday. It is really pigmented so I didn’t need a lot so that is why this little sample is lasting forever. It does have small flecks of gold glitter but it isn’t noticeable on the skin. I am so happy to add another item to my “hit pan” list!

Too Faced – Beach Bunny Bronzer

I have been using this Too Faced Beach Bunny Bronzer EVERYDAY for months but I still haven’t been able to hit pan. I don’t expect to use up this bronzer by any means but it would be great to hit baby pan before the end of the year!

I think you can tell from the picture that I have made a some progress. I can definitely tell that the dip in the center is little deeper. I am still able to see the rings in the powder which is good. I  am going to keep at this bronzer on a daily basis and hope that I can hit pan by the end of the year!

Kat Von D – Color Correcting Eyeshadow Primer

I wish I could see progress on this Kat Von D eyeshadow primer! I have been using it almost everyday. I did have a couple of days with the Too Faced Shadow Insurance which was a in one of my Sample Sundays. But all of the other days, I have been using the Kat Von D one. I think this will take months for me to actually see progress. At the rate that it is going, I don’t think I will even see a difference at the end of December.

I am really enjoying this eyeshadow primer though. It has helped the life of eyeshadow a lot so I think I will have no problem just continuing to use it even after this project is over.

Dr. Brandt – Pores No More Vacuum Cleaner Blackhead Extractor Mask

I am so close to being done with this mask. It probably only had 3-4 more uses which is totally doable by the end of December! Over the past month, I have used it 4-5 times since the beginning of the project. I am going to be really happy to be done with this mask.

This is a pretty good mask. It feels really cooling on the skin and it makes me face feel tight and clean but I hadn’t noticed any difference in my skin long term. But it is nice to just use a face mask every once in awhile! I have so many of them that I have to work through.

L’Oreal Paris – Magic Skin Beautifier BB Cream

Just like the Dr. Brandt mask, I only have the tiniest little bit of this L’Oreal BB cream left! I think it will still take me most of the month to finish it up just because I don’t need a lot to cover my red spots. But I can definitely finish it by the end of the month. I have been using it almost every day but I did forget on a few days or used something else under my foundation.

I have been enjoying using this BB cream. I think it works really well at covering redness and it adds a bit more coverage all over my face which is always a bonus!

Too Faced – Primed & Peachy Cooling Matte Skin Perfecting Primer

I can’t believe I haven’t finished this little deluxe primer! I really should only have a couple of days left of it but it is hanging on a thread! I have really been enjoying this primer, it smells amazing and it keeping my makeup looking good for most of the day. It also keeps my skin matte which is exactly what it is supposed to do since it is a mattifying primer. I have gotten a LOT of use out of this little primer, I have used it every day since the project started!

Anastasia Beverly Hills – Clear Brow Gel

I have also been using this Anastasia Beverly Hills Clear Brow Gel EVERYDAY! I am actually quite proud of how much use I have gotten out of it since I was terrible at using it for the longest time. It is hard to tell exactly how much I have left but I have noticed that less and less product comes out each time. I really do think I can finish this before the end of the year!

I initially threw this into this project because I didn’t ever use it and I also don’t think I need a brow gel on a day to day basis. But I have actually really been enjoying using this! It is keeping my brows in place. I still don’t think I need a brow gel but its been nice using it!
